I've consistently had great experiences with Dr. Velazquez. You can tell he really prioritize his patients' well-being, and their care is always so thorough. I particularly appreciate how clearly he explain things and their incredibly reassuring demeanor. It's truly refreshing. Dr. Velazquez is both attentive and compassionate, and I always feel like he genuinely understand what I need. Because of that, I always leave feeling well-cared for and confident in the plan. Definitely recommend!
My doctor's visit at Sanitas was top-notch and went smoothly. All the medical staff that I interacted with were great. The receptionist was kind and helpful. Dr. Velazquez-Lucena was very knowledgeable and friendly. The facility was clean and there wasn't a long wait. This is a convenient and professional medical facility that I highly recommend.
Doctor Velazquez has been an incredible support for my wife in managing her diabetes. From the very beginning, he showed a deep understanding of her condition and took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently. His approach is both compassionate and thorough, and he genuinely listens to concerns rather than rushing through appointments.
Customer service people here are awful. I have had to deal with someone named Carlos. He’s horrible at his job and can’t handle a simple refill request. I have been asking for this refill request about three separate times I’ve called now for my doctor to fill it out. I requested a call back from a supervisor and a manager. Nobody ever called me back in regards to my complaint about this person so here goes my review. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY IF YOU HAVE A MARKET PLACE INSURANCE STAY WAY!! I have been asking for a referral for the past 3 weeks calling every day because they say the provider did not accept my insurance when it was not true and I called my insurance and the doctor. They said finally that they would send it the day of the app and when I got there they did not so I had to pay the full cost.
