AVOID!! Until about one year ago, they used to have a good service, but now look like they are understaffed and undertrained. Just this month, July 2024, they canceled an appointment without any advice, and my wife and I stayed 1 hour inside the doctor’s room waiting for him to come.
Patient seen the Dr. On april 26th 2024 prescriptions were supposed to be sent to pharmacy never done we called day after day the reps kept saying the same excuse over and over finally we go today 5/18/2024 in person and told them we would be back monday to speak to a manager within 5 minutes we got a call that problem was solved i will try with the new primary i was assigned if not hell with them i will go else where
Don't come here. The service is awful. The personnel is rude. There are more doctors in the area.Its a shame since the people at Sanitas in John Young Parkway are very caring and gentle. I wish Dr. Jacob was still with them. I'll get another primary doctor for me.
My experience with Dr Velasquez and his medical assistant (Sandra) couldn't have gone better, unlike the previous office I went to. They exercise professionalism, empathy, excellent customer service. I asked several questions and he was not bothered by my questions. My experience was absolutely positive!!! I highly recommend this office and the employees there. They didn't treat me as if though I was just a number, I was treated with respect and a human being.
I have been coming to Sanitas for 3years now. Excellent customer service the team always work together on making my visits more pleasant. I am very grateful for all your TLC you ladies gives me.
