AVOID!! Until about one year ago, they used to have a good service, but now look like they are understaffed and undertrained. Just this month, July 2024, they canceled an appointment without any advice, and my wife and I stayed 1 hour inside the doctor’s room waiting for him to come.
Please let ur staff remain calm when the patient’s are in the office They talk and laugh like there are in park pleas respect ur place of work
My experience with Dr Velasquez and his medical assistant (Sandra) couldn't have gone better, unlike the previous office I went to. They exercise professionalism, empathy, excellent customer service. I asked several questions and he was not bothered by my questions. My experience was absolutely positive!!! I highly recommend this office and the employees there. They didn't treat me as if though I was just a number, I was treated with respect and a human being.
I have been coming to Sanitas for 3years now. Excellent customer service the team always work together on making my visits more pleasant. I am very grateful for all your TLC you ladies gives me. 20/10 My visit was amazing, Love all the staff. From the front desk all the way to the Doctor's office. Jacky, Adrianna, Carla thank you! The world needs more doctors like Dr. Sarang Hadaegh, all my questions and concerns were addressed properly, excellent patient care.
