Had an amazing experience at Sanitas Medical Center. The ladies at the front desk were very attentive. Dr. Suao was very nice she took the time to listen to my concerns, and her Medical assistant, Maria Paula, was great. I also had my labs done with Simone she was amazing I didn't feel a thing. I would recommend this place.
On Feb. 4th, I had a followup appointment with my provider Yofre Alarcon. When he entered the room, he knew immediately something was wrong. I was having alot of difficulty breathing and some chest pain. He did an EKG and my heart rate was down to 30, he proceeded to call paramedics and I was rushed to Memorial Hospital West. I was in the ER until 2am, where I ended up being admitted due to heart problems. I had a cateter done and had a pacemaker implanted because of my heart condition. I found this office for my husband, it is perfect seriously. They listened to all of his concerns and questions and we go to do blood work the next day (walk-in) and we had great help with Ms, Simone. It really shows that they care here, and I will be coming to this office as well! and the doctor was great Ms.Rocio
Great staff! Nurse Maria Paula is a sweetheart and Dr. Rocio was very kind, knowledgeable and attentive. Sanitas is a great doctors office and I always feel well taken care of here. Definitely recommend!
Simone the nurse was one of a kind. Very professional, was able to get my blood sample in one shot, and that doesn’t happen often, having small veins is always difficult to get that sample on the first try was awesome. Huge THANKS to the ladies at the counter Alejandra, Kava and Nohelia for making me feel welcome and for all the help and support filling out my paperwork. Did I mention that rest of the staff, doctors and clinic is top notch! Highly recommended!
