I had the opportunity to visit Miramar Location. Madeleine who is the medical assistant was amazing, very friendly, informative, pleasant, knowledgeable. She really made me feel comfortable. I was also Assisted by Simone how drew my blood for labs. Simone has really soft hands, I didn’t event feel when she poked me to draw blood. Kudos to Sanitas for having Madeleine and Simone as part of their team.
I can't say enough good things about Dr. Rocio Suao and her amazing medical assistant, Maria Paula.From the moment I walk into the office, I am treated with kindness, respect, and genuine care. The place was extremely clean. Pleasant environment. Madelaine received me with great cordiality and excellent energy. Doctor Yofre Alarcon was very friendly and very professional. Simone in blood work was absolutely amazing, her dexterity and how she did everything was perfect. Overall an extremely positive experience. Very happy with my experience there and very happy I am being served by these wonderful people.
BEWARE!!! fraudsters!! They tried charging me for services never rendered. I went in thinking it was a dermatologist office. I was very clear of my needs when I set an appointment. When I sat in the room I realized this is not right. I told the nurse I refuse to answer medical questions because this seems off. DR came in and pushed to give me a referral I didn’t even need just so they can bill me!! I refused the referral. They still billed me ! Now there’s no accountability Not gonna let this rest.
Had an amazing experience at Sanitas Medical Center. The ladies at the front desk were very attentive. Dr. Suao was very nice she took the time to listen to my concerns, and her Medical assistant, Maria Paula, was great. I also had my labs done with Simone she was amazing I didn't feel a thing. I would recommend this place.
