Doctor Castro is very professional and patient, he explained my medical condition to me in the most understandable way. He is a very knowledgeable and trustworthy person. Lakena did my blood work. She is nice and sweet. It was the best blood draw I have ever had, I was a little nervous but she did it well and quickly, I did not feel any pain or discomfort.
I had a wonderful experience at Sanitas from the moment I walked in to the time I left everyone there was very pleasant and kind. My doctor took her time seeing me as a new patient. The medical assistants are just wonderful women front desk is amazing. I would recommend Sanitas to everyone
Is the front desk staff the nicest, loveliest staff in all of Tallahassee? Yes. Do they make trips to the doctor, which are always at the least a little stressful, more enjoyable? Yes. Is the doc great at explaining his reasoning and really working with you to treat what ailes you? Absolutely. From the front to the back, it's hard not to be smitten with this team. They're just amazing. 10/10, would recommend.
