The people are nice enough but the referral system is HORRIBLE. Out of three referrals made, none of the physicians received the referral. This has been going on since January and it is now Mar. 31. I had to drive to the office and pick up the physical referral forms and send them to the doctors myself. I am still trying to get the 3rd referral made. It has supposedly been "escalated". Thank God this isn't a life and death situation.
Sanitas has been the worst experience with health care providers I've ever had. The doctor wrote 3 prescriptions wrong, had appointments cancelled on the way to it after an injury and that's the last straw. SANITAS SUCKS!
