Today was my first time there and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The doctor was very nice as well and was thorough when it came to explaining things and listening to my concerns. I’m very pleased with the experience I had today 😊 Thank you all!
What a great clinic! Really clean and nice staff. You get a welcome packet and a register code for the app right away. Everyone was friendly inside. Only gripe I have is with the call center that makes the appointments but that's not the clinics fault
Today was my first day visiting this clinic. I was a little apprehensive and nervous. We had visited the same primary doctor for more than 7 years and her clinic suddenly closed. Since the moment we stepped in everything was so clean and everyone so welcoming. The we saw Dr. Yairaliz Rodriguez-Gonzalez and OMG what a doctor. I WAS really happy with Sanitas and the advantages of using the app and get in contact with doctors, lately I been having so many issues with the app is telling me that my insurance is invalid when is not. Plus the customer service agent they don’t really resolve your issues . Other than that doctors 🥼 in Sanitas they don’t have They don't have stable doctors, they don’t stay there long , and they don't have much experience either.
DO NOT go to this doctor's office if you need prescriptions. Im one of the MANY people who is not able to get their medications properly sent to their pharmacy. I called over SIX times now and spoke to multiple different people in the call center and nothing. It's been over a week. What if this was a vital prescription that I needed for pain? you'll never be able to reach the actual location where your appointment is scheduled or talk to an actual receptionist.
