I had my first appointment at this medical center today. The place is so calm, the staff is super helpful and attentive. The nurses addressed all my concerns while I was there. Militza and Vanessa were great with the check-in and check-out process.
Words can't describe the relief I felt when I was treated without an appointment or even a very clear understanding of the state of my insurance. The staff including Vanessa and Milly reassured me that all would be well and in fact it was. I was seen by a nurse and doctor within minutes. Suffice to say that I will be telling anyone who will hear how great santitas was. Thank you

Militza and Vanessa were absolutely amazing. Not only did they resolve our issues blue insurance transfer pcp, but were extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. The entire staff were extremely supportive and friendly as well. I’ve never had such a pleasant experience in any medical facility like this before!!
I have been looking for a great practice since I moved to Clermont, and I have finally found it. No one loves going to the doctor, but the staff here make it as comfortable as possible. Everyone was above and beyond kind! Vanessa and Militza at the front desk were very sweet and welcoming. They assisted me as soon as I came in. The nurse that took my vitals was very kinda too!
