I just ended my storage unit rental at Goleta Valley Mini Storage after 15 years. It was a very good experience. The staff is accommodating, skilled, responsive and pleasant to work with. High marks for personal interactions.
It was such a pleasure to work with Goleta Valley Storage. They are professional and so personable. If I need to use a storage space again, I would definitely use them again.
I used the Overpass Road facility in Goleta. Great straightforward storage. easy access, nice sturdy elevators. They have a handy set of carts and hand trucks at each entrance, for convenience.
Jasmine and Cammy were very customer service oriented. The storage unit was very clean and stayed clean throughout my time there without any dust whatsoever blowing in. Quite a pleasant change from my previous storage experience at a different place. I would use this facility again without reservation.
