I just ended my storage unit rental at Goleta Valley Mini Storage after 15 years. It was a very good experience. The staff is accommodating, skilled, responsive and pleasant to work with. High marks for personal interactions.
GVSS has the cleanest units you'll find in SB and a great staff to match it. The facility supervisor went above and beyond the call of duty many times during my many years renting a unit at their storage facility. If you're looking for a clean secure storage unit GVSS is the place to be.
Very helpful and friendly admin team. They were able to give me a 16 month guarantee for my storage unit rate, which is very reasonable. I was having a lot of trouble finding a self-storage company that wouldn't raise prices after a few months, so I'm glad I found Santa Barbara Storage Group. I used the Overpass Road facility in Goleta. Great straightforward storage. easy access, nice sturdy elevators. They have a handy set of carts and hand trucks at each entrance, for convenience.
