"Anytime we feel like getting back to you" is more like it. Called at 6:00. They said a dispatcher would call me in a few min. Never called. I tried 3 more times. Each time told me that a dispatcher would call in a few min. Never called me back. Interesting that they advertise 24 hour service but they close at 8:00 PM.Β

We had Jerry come to take care of an old and leaky shower cartridge. The whole trim package was calcified after many years, so needed to be sawed off and replaced. He left to buy the new unit and was back quickly and finished the job well. Even adjusted the water temp settings for the shower to our liking. Jerry was polite, respectful and efficient. Cost was $600 including materials. We're glad to have this done and expect it to last a long time. We will use this company again!Β
The service we got from Anytime Plumbing was professional friendly and helpful. Amer followed up to clarify the order which helped things go smoothly and Jerry and Isaac came out immediately to handle the work.Β
