Purchasing a home in a community you're unfamiliar with can be very stressful - particularly if you're under tight time constraints and have some very specific requirements in mind. Darlene's responsiveness, professionalism and knowledge of the local community made the transaction incredibly easy and efficient. We were unable to be present for the home inspection and final walk-through, so Darlene managed the entire process for us. She and her team were a dream to work with, and we wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a home in beautiful Santa Fe.

We have sold one house and bought two houses with Darlene. She is beyond compare with other realtors who have served us over the years. When issues arise (and something WILL always arise), Darlene invariably has several suggested options for how to resolve the item in a way that both buyer and seller are satisfied. Over the 2+ years I have known her, it's been clear that Darlene genuinely cares not only about her clients, but also about the party on the other side of the transaction. She and her staff never miss a detail, and in all 3 cases, they kept us aware of upcoming deadlines so everything for closing could be completed on time. In all 3 transactions, we have closed on the date initially specified.
Darlene knows every inch of Santa Fe and seems to have a knack for discerning what her clients want, even if they are not completely clear themselves. Without reservation, I highly recommend Darlene Streit to anyone who wants to buy or sell a home.

If you want the best real estate rep in Santa Fe, you want Darlene Streit. This it the Energizer Bunny of Santa Fe real estate. We recently closed escrow on a home Darlene found for us, and the experience was exceptional, start to finish. She is backed by a team of knowledgeable, experienced, can-do people. She is absolutely tireless, totally knowledgeable about the market and marketplace, and goes WAY over-and-above. We were out-of-state buyers. Darlene worked to understand what we wanted, and when we arrived there was a meticulously planned tour of possibilities tailored to what we had said we wanted. One was "it," and we'll be moving in soon. She's that good.

If you're looking for a home in Santa Fe Darlene Streit is the best real estate broker in the area. She knows every home in the area and takes the time to understand what you're looking for so she can 'match' you with homes for sale. She is very honest, practical, and easy to work with. Darlene really cares about finding the right home for each client. Even though she lists and sells most of the homes in Santa Fe, each client is treated with the utmost care and attention. Her praises are endless. She is simply the best!!

I found Darlene on Zillow. When I clicked on her name I thought "I hope this isn't a slimey real estate agent". When Darlene called me seconds later and spent the next hour understanding who I was and what I was looking for in a home, I was frankly dumbfounded. I thought "Ok, great out of the box but who knows what she will really do?" Darlene proceeded to exceed my expectations every step of the way. She always responds within minutes. She always remembers every little detail from prior conversations/email exchanges/texts. Darlene was the first real estate broker to actually customize a search list for me. Not just a profile of an area using the MLS notification tool. She actually came up with a specific list of properties which met all of my specific needs.
When I decided to look for properties outside of Santa Fe, Darlene personally referred me to the best broker in the area. Not once, but several times! Frankly I was dumbfounded as I knew there was nothing in it for her. She was instrumental in my finding a home in Tucson!
Darlene is a special person. A down to earth, honest, caring, highly experienced, professional real estate broker. I can't say enough positive things about her. Darlene Streit is simply the best real estate broker you will ever work with.

Darlene is the best real estate agent you will ever work with full stop! I have bought numerous properties and have experienced the entire spectrum of real estate brokers - awful, mediocre, ok, good. Darlene is excellent. She responded to my calls, emails, texts within 30 seconds! Seriously. Even though she has been the #1 real estate agent in Santa Fe for the last 10+ years, she always remembered the exact details of everything I was looking for/had looked at. She is honest, down to earth, and so very helpful. Call her - you won't be disappointed.
