Up front I will say that I have never met her. But I met her partner at a house showing and was very impressed. I discussed with her the problem of low ball appraisals, and was surprised by the intelligence and aggressiveness of the well planned steps they take to protect the interests of their clients. I'd suggest that buyers and sellers use them if you don't want a nasty surprise at the closing. If ever refinance again, I may ask their advice.
