Awesome class with Chef Jeff Drew. The food and instruction were excellent. Jeff’s has a very approachable & professional style of instruction. Clear, concise & entertaining. A true hidden gem of the Santa Fe experience. I will be returning for more classes. Our meal included Red Chili crusted pork loin, Parmesan roasted potatoes, pecan crusted acorn squash, red cabbage Apple slaw & a pumpkin cheese cake.
I slipped in like a stray coyote 30 minutes before a 10am “More Tacos” class—no reservation—and Santa Fe School of Cooking happily gave me a spot at the cutting board. First-time cooking student, kinda nervous… totally unnecessary. Chef Jeff effortlessly warmed up the room like a kiva fireplace— super knowledgeable and ready with a ton of funny stories to share. Loved all aspects of this class- regional food education and everyday cooking tips. Having a beautiful meal afterwards is the cherry on top. The chef and staff were very personable and took such care of everyone. I highly recommend this experience when you are in Santa Fe.
Loved this class! Chef Noe was fabulous! The food divine! Learned alot of tips & techniques! The entire staff is very attentive. We will definitely be back to take another class and shop in the store for fresh ingredients to take home and attempt to duplicate🌺😃
Fabulous cooking class Traditional New Mexican Christmas. Mica Chavez gave us a history lesson as well as taught us how to make tamales and posole. Highly recommend any classes at the Santa Fe School of cooking, and great place to stock up on supplies and beautiful gifts
