I slipped in like a stray coyote 30 minutes before a 10am “More Tacos” class—no reservation—and Santa Fe School of Cooking happily gave me a spot at the cutting board. Awesome class with Chef Jeff Drew. The food and instruction were excellent. Jeff’s has a very approachable & professional style of instruction. Clear, concise & entertaining. A true hidden gem of the Santa Fe experience. I will be returning for more classes. Our meal included Red Chili crusted pork loin, Parmesan roasted potatoes, pecan crusted acorn squash, red cabbage Apple slaw & a pumpkin cheese cake.
Loved all aspects of this class- regional food education and everyday cooking tips. Having a beautiful meal afterwards is the cherry on top. The chef and staff were very personable and took such care of everyone. I highly recommend this experience when you are in Santa Fe.
Loved this class! Chef Noe was fabulous! The food divine! Learned alot of tips & techniques! The entire staff is very attentive. We will definitely be back to take another class and shop in the store for fresh ingredients to take home and attempt to duplicate🌺😃
Our cooking class in Santa Fe was an absolute highlight of our trip! The chef blended history, storytelling, and technique seamlessly, bringing traditional New Mexican cuisine to life.
