We took the Tamale hands on class and it was wonderful. The instructor was outstanding. The history, the process, every part was perfect. The food we made was amazing. Highly recommend this experience.
What a delicious treat to learn from Chef Jeff Drew, former Executive Chef at the Snake River Grill. The class was extraordinary! We took the Southwest Breakfast demonstration class. The instruction was masterful, and the classroom was perfectly appointed and designed - with mirrors and live video to observe the preparation up close. Bravo! It's a must do in SF!
We had the best time cooking and spending time learning new dishes at Santa Fe Cooking School. The experience was great from booking to cooking. If you are looking for a fun activity in Santa Fe, this should definitely be on your list!
We were so excited and pleased that we signed up for the Tamales Cooking Class! The instructor was awesome as well as the helpful staff. The tamales were excellent and we were all sent home with the recipes. Thank you so much for a great time!
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Santa Fe School of Cooking. The hospitality was spot on. Chef Mary did a great job explaining the recipes. We felt fairly confident going into the cooking process. Chef Mary and Chef Noe were very helpful and available for questions as we made our dishes. We are excited to get home and make tamales for our friends and family. An added bonus was Chef Mary sharing her knowledge of food science!
