This is the best dental office I’ve ever been to in my 35 years of life. They are honest, personable and supportive. I will never go anywhere else from now on bc I have found the perfect office. I had a cleaning and Meredith was amazing, she’s quick and very detailed. Furthermore, Dr. G and front desk staff were also amazing, from their smiling faces to their personable approach it made me feel like I am in great care. Also, this is a local business that’s not owned or run by a corporation.
I never had a problem going for checkups cleanings until my last dentist office left me with a very bad experience. My dad cracked a tooth and needed a dentist right away he found Sapphire ! He was extremely pleased with the service and staff he referred me to Sapphire. I went in very skeptical but I left feeling well taken care of and informed . The dentist did implants on lower teeth. I wasn't given option to be put under, the procedure was very painful. .. I was told by front person I owed them few thousand dollars more, when before I was told I had paid in full. I had already discussed this with another staff person. . It was found I had indeed paid in full. That was a problem lack of communication between them I was told one thing and they changed to another story. Sapphire Creek Dental - Honest, patient, knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Gomez, Mary, and the front desk staff made the experience of a routine dental check up easy and reassuring. There was no upselling, all my questions were answered, and I felt confident with the diagnosis provided alongside the treatment plan.
First time visit to Sapphire Creek Dental, and what a visit! Dr. Gomez and his team are extremely welcoming, professional and friendly. I was met by Diana and Heather who were very friendly and quick to check me in. Thank you Meredith for your efficiency and getting me through all of the X-rays, documentation and cleaning.
