Excellent It was my first visit with Sapphire following my old dentist (also excellent) selling his practice to Litton. Litton doesn’t take Delta insurance and was planning to charge over 2.5x what Delta paid for my last visit. My experience with Sapphire began with Diane at the front desk, who was kind, knowledgeable, and funny. Just great to talk to. My cleaning and X-rays were done by Meredith. She was awesome! Everyone at Sapphire Creek Dental is incredibly friendly and professional. I especially want to give a shoutout to Jay, the dental assistant, who helped with my new crown. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process and clearly explained every step along the way. Jay also took the time to explain how to care for my temporary crown and personally followed up with the lab to ensure my permanent crown would be just right. I really appreciated his attention to detail and genuine care.
To be very transparent, I absolutely despise the dentist on all fronts. I have spent my life disliking dentists for a handful of reasons. However, when you find a dentist, that absolutely is wonderful and incredible. You have to let everyone else know about how amazing they are the entire staff from Dr. Gomez, Marina, Diane and everyone else there are absolutely incredible. I love Dr. Gomez and his staff. Everyone is so personable and accommodating. You can text or call them any time. They are great with billing questions and rescheduling. The practice is always in pristine shape. I’m so glad EVERYONE in my neighborhood recommended them.
