Dr. J is kind friendly trustworthy knowledgeable and important never rushed and listens. We are elderly and both my husband & I go to her. He feels as I do. Just seeing her friendly smile, it's a better day! Always feel God's love
Dr. Joseph spent over 1/2 hour with my 88 year old stroke victim father. She knew how to respond to my father's questions...joke when appropriate be serious when appropriate. She showed compassion and care, while also explaining reality. I was very impressed.
I highly recommend Dr Joseph. She always listens to you and your concerns and takes appropriate action. She is always genuinely interested in how I am doing both physically and mentally.
When I first started seeing Dr. Joseph, I really liked her approach. She was straight forward and seemed to care about my well being. She wanted to follow up on my mental health concerns every 6 months. As time went on, however, things seemed to change. She was very hesitant to provide medication she had readily provided in the past, and made me jump through hoops. Staff is rude and condescending. There are better options in the area. Doc is aloof. Great when you get to actually see her, but good luck with that.
