I cannot say enough positive things about Sarah. She has walked with me through many life events over the past 7+ years, and provides a space where I feel safe and encouraged. She is intuitive in nature and mindful in her therapeutic approach. If you are willing to put in the work and are looking for a counselor who will walk alongside you, listen, and provide valuable feedback, I would highly recommend Sarah Heaverlo.
I only have positive things to say about Sarah. She always knows what I need to hear. She is compassionate, gentle and firm. She seems to have the right words of support. I feel that Sarah even helps heal my spirit.
Sarah changed my life & I will be forever grateful for the several long stretches of time I’ve spent with her learning about myself. Saw her for 5 years. She didn't do much to help. She even encouraged me to stay in an abusive relationship. She told me that yes, people can fall in love at first sight. Unfortunately, it more usual that someone is manipulating you if they love you immediately. You would think a therapist would know that. She did.
