Excellent customer service. Easy to understand the procedure and communication.
Sara was awesome but dealing with the actual heloc department was not so good. Had to cancel first application because address was wrong in one spot. No one could figure out how to fix. Then could not fix email address. Spoke to 3 different people who all gave different information about loan process. In closing they were very confusing and I had to keep calling Sara for help.
