Sarah is a great listener, she's super easy to talk to and I always look forward to our time together.
I like Sarah. We've recently begun working together. She listens well. She has explained things plainly. I expect things to progress well. Medication seems to be appropriate for my current situation. If I was to consider any downgrade; everything is on-line. It's not my favorite forum. Returning to add: Therapists are great. The reception staff tries really hard but billing and corporate are maddening!
I had a great experience with Sarah Krim and Lifestance Health. She put me at ease right away on our call and never rushed through anything I felt like she was really listening and getting a feel for me as a person. I felt completely comfortable talking to her. Their instructions to use the Telehealth system was so easy I would definitely recommend Sarah!
I absolutely love Sarah Krim, but LifeStance needs to improve their office staff/Med Support. They either don't get back to you at all or take days and even weeks before you hear from them and when I do it's usually because Sarah has to send them a reminder. This however does not reflect on Sarah. I give Sarah 5 stars. But LifeStance I give 3 due to this issue.
Didn’t know what to expect working with a DNP, but I have been very pleased with my experience working with Sarah Krim. She has been helping me manage my anxiety in a way that works best for me. She is calm and has a soothing demeanor. Highly recommend her.
