I love working with Sarah Shields. She is very friendly and easy to talk to. I feel very free to talk about everything and anything with her. I feel seen and understood. She listens deeply, but is not a silent screen, which I really like. She identified a pattern and shared it with me. She also gave me an affirmation to say and concrete ideas that are helping me tackle my issues. I come away feeling really good and inspired.
Sarah is wonderful to talk to. I love her personality. She is easy to talk to and I love that she listens to me and has normal interactive conversations with me. I've had some counselors in the past, from other companies, who would mostly listen, not say much and would not be authentic. Sarah is amazing!
