I hold Dr. Morales-Vidal in high regards both as a professional and a person. He was always available for me when I had issues. He was able to provide treatment that was perfect for my situation that eluded other doctors. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate his expertise.
If you want your issues to be respected and a doctor who will actually listen to your concerns DO NOT see this doctor seek help elsewhere. Complete disregard for patient support and helping with on going issues. He stated that he is too busy with other hospitals to answer simple messages and will ignore your symptoms based on limited testing. Any doctor who states they are "too busy " to respond or help a patient should be a RED FLAG for anyone seeking help. Unprofessional and disappointing.
