We purchased a new to us jeep gladiator, from the sales to parts and service and finance everyone where very friendly and helpful and I feel where more than fair to deal with.
2022 Ram 3500 Dually under warranty.... Very unprofessional at the service desk. Friday May 9,2025 appointment for Fuel filters and to check on front-end clicking noise on the drivers side. After the filters were changed I was asked if I had another vehicle to dive. I said no. I was then told both front axel's are loose and the parts are on backorder.She then told me "I would drive it less than more and do not use 4x4" Then proceeded to tell me that their parts people would try an track down the parts at another dealer and g... read more
ATTENTION!! RATS ON SITE! Do not leave your vehicle here...they park it out back by the garbage bins full of rats that will chew your interior and they will not be held responsible for fixing it!! Ive been here twice with my truck...THEY DO NOT FIX YOUR VEHICLE. Was charged $1000 to change spark plugs due to misfire...they didnt do anything and the truck acted exactly the same afterwards...no evidence they even took the engine cover off!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!
What can we say that hasn’t been said about Saunders Motors. We got our 1500 RAM from Saunders Motors and highly recommend them to everyone. We dealt with Skyler and Lori, and Skyler found us a RAM that we love. We will be loyal customers to Saunders Motors.
