I wasn’t able to make it into the office because I just had a reverse shoulder replacement. Dr. Trouslot made me feel better about my healing and starting physical therapy. She’s about to have shoulder replacement surgery herself, so she understands the fear I was facing and having to deal with. Good luck Dr. Trouslot!

I have seen several psychiatrists for my ADHD and have had many a lackluster experience until Saundra. She by far has been the best psychiatrist I have ever been paired with. Very knowledgeable, straightforward, listens well, and a great collaborator in trying to figure out the best treatment for myself.

I didn’t sleep for a week prior to my first appointment at Lifestance with Saundra Trouslot! I chose her from her bio that included pharmaceutical expertise. The nervousness was for nothing because she’s very approachable, friendly and even funny. I didn’t feel intimated or put in a box like I have in the past. Absolutely amazing facility. Totally comfortable and welcomed every time I have a visit. And you can do in person or virtual and very convenient. Definitely recommend. I feel really good every time I speak with Ms. Saundra, she will take the time and listen to you and explain everything/anything.

Saundra is always interested in how I'm doing and she's a good listener. Our conversations are generally short because I'm not having any issues at this time
