This review is solely my opinion from buying a home and moving out after a year of residency: Be warned. Run while you still can. This place charges you for every penny that they can fathom. They will find a way to keep your deposit. If you got a deal on your deposit, they will find a way to collect as much as they would have anyways. Every fee you can imagine will be waged. The worst place l've ever lived They will take your security deposit in full and charge you extra when you move out, Walls are extremely thin.every thing made with Cheap materials, You hear the neighbors walking up stairs when you walk on the carpet you hear a lot of noises Specially in the bedrooms If you ask for maintenance they will charge you, THE ELECTRICITY BILL IS EXTREMELY HIGH specially in the winter no less than $400 ,Management are rude, unprofessional ,slow and hard to reach NOT SAFE. They will take your security deposit in full and charge around $800 extra when you move out, regardless of how thoroughly you clean, as mentioned in other reviews. Walls are extremely thin. Parking lot is tight. Management is slow and hard to reach unless they are charging you extra money. Much better places in the area for similar money. I would not recommend it to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

Save yourself the time and money!! Sawmill Ravine may look nice from the outside, but the inside is horribly managed. We were great tenants who always paid on time, picked up after our dog, and kept the outside of the townhouse clean. We had several issues living here, but I was assured by the last, 3 or 4 property managers they had in the last 2 years, that everything was documented and not an issue. Now that I’ve lived here for about a year I feel comfortable saying this is the best place I’ve ever rented (and I’ve moved a lot and lived in multiple complexes around here) rent across the board is insanely high right now but for todays prices, I think these are an excellent price for what you’re given. Our townhome was very clean upon move in. Everything felt fresh. We’ve had no issues with anything within our townhome in this past year.
