All of these 1-star reviews you are seeing are accurate. The office will nickel and dime you for absolutely everything because it's 'policy.' They will take your entire security deposit. We brought in a carpet cleaner before we moved out and they still charged us for carpet replacement in the entire apartment. If you don't live in the front building near the leasing office, prepare to live in an area with trash everywhere. If you have kids or pets, don't move here. There is dog waste everywhere. It doesn't matter how many times you complain about it to the office—they do nothing. They send out email reminders that clearly no one reads. There is even dog waste a foot away from a waste station. They paid some company to come in and clean it all up, and now there are even more piles than there were previously. Here to back up the reviews I wish I would’ve heeded before I moved in. Ardent property management is, by far, the worst property management I’ve ever seen. I’ve lived in many states and a few countries, and this is a standout poor experience. We repeatedly raised issues (many leaks, poorly installed trim, door gaps) throughout our time in our unit (starting within the first month), and no viable fixes were ever put into place. This review is solely my opinion from buying a home and moving out after a year of residency: Be warned. Run while you still can. This place charges you for every penny that they can fathom. They will find a way to keep your deposit. If you got a deal on your deposit, they will find a way to collect as much as they would have anyways. Every fee you can imagine will be waged.
