Sat at the bar for 10-15 minutes and didn't have one single person come up to us, I know it was at least that long because we sat through 4 songs before we walked out! They knew we were there, one waitress even kept looking at us. I tried coming back my wife got terrible service about a year ago. never going back again.

The service here is ridiculous. Management needs to have more staff. We waited for an hour to get our food. Manager no where in sight.

Just had the worst experience!!!! Still actually sitting here while I write this. Stick with only the burgers here. Best thing is no one at the restaurant cared that my food sucked. Not that they care but I will not be back.

Worst Service I’ve ever had! Absolutely ridiculous to have to wait 45 minutes for a hamburger and now this is their large fries.

We placed an order it took over 40 minutes waiting on take out spot. tried to call the line was busy. texted the number on the take away spot no message was returned. when we went in they didn't have a clue and could not find our order. we left. The service is never good but thought we would give it a try so CE food is good. we will never return.

Ordered through door dash. 2 hours later they told the second driver trying to get my order, that it had already been sent out. They won’t answer the phone. I get it may be busy, but we are three weeks into this and they should be able to handle it.

Online order at 445 PM set for 630 PM. Arrived at 625 PM and called to confirm the order and tell them we were here whenever it was ready. Waited for 35 minutes and called again asking if our order was ready. They said it was and brought it out. Burgers were soggy, lukewarm, tasteless, and we didn't get our side of Ranch that we paid for. Top ten worst eating experience.

We will not be back to the Mustang location. Waited 15 minutes for a table and well over an hour for cold burgers and fries. Inexperienced waitress was trying her best but management did nothing to help her and offered her excuses before apologies.
