Food is good, service is poor. This place is on the way down.
loved the food, but the volume of the music was so loud we could not visit and our waitress had trouble even hearing our order. Went there twice --- same experience both times. Had a headache to go home with. Sorry, will not go back.
Worst service and food I have had there. Hasn't happened before hope it was just an off day. Be a long time before I return. Staff response as we left was.."Thanks for putting up with us." Huh?
Food... However...we pulled in and there was no cars out front. We thought...Hmmm should have stellar service....wrong...took forever to get drinks. Our server (bartender) was running call in orders and taking calls instead of making our drinks....oops no...mine was made and sat to water down while she did other stuff... Good service, but the Fatty is not an onion burger. Don't let the pictures fool you, they put about 4 strands of onions on it.
Had to get food to go had waited so long. Food good but service terrible.
