The last two times we've ordered from Postmates, our orders have been completely wrong. None of the sauces for the fries come, or are wrong. None of the extra sauces I paid for and queso I ordered, in case they miss the sauces again came. This is the last time we order from S&B. They are the only restaurant in Mustang that can't get the food delivery orders correct. I called last time, and the time before. If you order through door dash you will likely be missing a part of your order. Not something little like a side or a dressing but an entire entree. It’s happened twice now. The best they can offer us to come and get it yourself or a credit. There’s a reason we ordered delivery, and a credit for the missing entree doesn’t help when someone doesn’t have their entire meal. You need to set up an account with door dash so you can send customers their missing order cause apparently this happens quite often.

My wife and I have eaten there quite a few times since we moved to Mustang a little over two years ago. We don't have any issues with the quality of the food. Our experience has been that the service is slow and on a couple of visits, the servers act as if our presence is an inconvenience. Our visits were at various times and a variety of days. it wasn't that they were overly busy during any of our visits. There are quite a few options I. the local area so I believe we will dine elsewhere in the future.

I absolutely understand times are trying at the moment and wait times are longer but there is no excuse to be seated and to not be acknowledged again. We patiently sat and waited for over 45 minutes and watched as tables seated after us had their orders taken and some even receive their appetizers. We eventually gave up and walked out.
