I had a contractor install a new roof and it kept leaking. That company ghosted me. I called Schaper Construction came out the day that I called them and was back the next morning to repair the leak. They were so friendly, knowledgeable and extremely affordable. I'd recommend them with great confidence to anyone.

We recently had them put on a new roof on our manufactured home. We were very satisfied by the roof, which showed no leaks in porch and carport connection, which is the reason we contacted them. We were also in agreement with the cost which seemed fair. However, we were not at all happy with the final bill. It indicated $8000.00+ more. We were upset that there was no discussion with us at all about the need for the added expense and the final bill was not itemized. Schaper Construction has been wonderful to work with. Their immense knowledge of all aspects of the construction process was very helpful while remodeling our pool deck. It turned out incredible. We get so many wonderful comments when people come over. They were quick to order materials and to do the job. They did not over promise and met all deadlines they set for the project. Would definitely do more business with them.

We recently had our new fiberglass pool installed by Schaper. Admittedly, there were a few bumps along the way, but John Schaper was quick to acknowledge and rectify all in a professional timely manner. The staff was incredibly helpful and patient with all the many questions, followup calls, and emails we submitted during our construction. They built our backyard into the dream spot we were hoping for. I would highly recommend the fine folks at Schaper Construction for any large projects you may have.
