Hanisha provides excellent customer service throughout the whole kitchen design process. We are very pleased with our Schmidt Epsom experience with both Asam & Hanisha. Both were very professional and were never pushy with anything. They made sure we were 100% happy with everything and were transparent throughout the whole process. We couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen and the experience of working with Hanisha & Asam. From start to finish we felt in safe hands. We were complete novices and started with a blank sheet of paper but we were guided through every step of the design stage, working with our budget & timescales and then working with builders as and when required during installation. We moved into a new apartment which had a fitted kitchen but lacked cupboard space so we needed a new kitchen island to be fitted. Having looked at a few options we decided on Schmidt based on the professionalism of Hanisha and Asam who did an excellent job in ensuring the size and design of the island met our needs and complemented the remainder of the kitchen. Schmidt Epsom designed, supplied and fitted our superb new kitchen and utility room as part of a ground floor extension project. Hanisha came up with a very stylish and practical design, based on architect’s drawings, patiently taking us through all the various options.
