We can’t recommend Schmidt St Albans more highly. Our project was delayed due to the pandemic so we’d actually first visited Schmidt to design our kitchen quite some time before commencement of our house renovations. That actually gave us lots of time to visit many of their competitors whilst we waited for our builder to become available again and our project to start. Haydar, Kostas and the entire Schmidt team did a really wonderful job designing and re-fitting our kitchen and hallway. Good project management and attention to detail and the recommended builder, A-Tech Building Services, was exceptional. Extremely pleased with the result and would definitely recommend them as a supplier and fitter of high quality kitchens.
Advice and customer service was great, they spent a lot of time working with us making everything perfect and showed a great understanding of how kitchens are used, giving great advice from experience. Importantly, their after sale support is great too. Even with money already paid the team had no hesitation helping out with tweaks, a few snags, a few unexpected changes and showed up onsite with zero hesitation. We purchased a kitchen that was installed in June. We dealt with Monish, who came highly recommended. The attention to details was excellent and we had a great repour. Monish was very patient, with an unrushed servie and nothing was too much trouble. Monish took on board our needs and provided very helpful ideas a features to make the design as functional as possible. Great attention to detail. The aftercare was also excellent. We are so happy with our kitchen and cannot recommend them highly enough!
