Advice and customer service was great, they spent a lot of time working with us making everything perfect and showed a great understanding of how kitchens are used, giving great advice from experience. Importantly, their after sale support is great too. Even with money already paid the team had no hesitation helping out with tweaks, a few snags, a few unexpected changes and showed up onsite with zero hesitation. We purchased a kitchen that was installed in June. We dealt with Monish, who came highly recommended. The attention to details was excellent and we had a great repour. Monish was very patient, with an unrushed servie and nothing was too much trouble. Monish took on board our needs and provided very helpful ideas a features to make the design as functional as possible. Great attention to detail. The aftercare was also excellent. We are so happy with our kitchen and cannot recommend them highly enough!
I had a new kitchen installed as part of a home extension. From day one, the team at Schmidt were excellent. Michael came up with a design that maximised the space and innovative solutions to a number of problems we had. Coordinating the installation with the builders was a challenge due to manufacturing delays, but they did their best to flex the date to avoid storage fees. We can’t recommend Schmidt St Albans more highly. Our project was delayed due to the pandemic so we’d actually first visited Schmidt to design our kitchen quite some time before commencement of our house renovations. That actually gave us lots of time to visit many of their competitors whilst we waited for our builder to become available again and our project to start. Amazing experience from start to finish. Katerina guided us through what we thought would be a hurdle of hard decisions, but with her amazing design experience it seemed much easier than we imagined. Over the few months it took to achieve the finished plan, we chopped and changed many times and Katerina never lost her patience with us and even gave us new ideas which were even better than ours.
