Signed me up for medical services and withdrew from my case without telling me. When I arrived to my medical appointment I was told that I was dropped without even a notice. I was calling for 3 days straight(being ignored) before I was notified by the doctor’s front office. Very unprofessional. Wasn’t even notified by them directly. Made a lot of promises that they weren’t able to keep. Make sure you’re very aware of what’s happening in your case and don’t listen to anything that’s promised.
