For our small residential lawn we used Schultz to put down sod and install an irrigation system at a cost of over $22,000. They have overpromised, under delivered, not shown up for ANY scheduled appointments, not communicated, blown the sprinkler system, and, in every possible way, been a disastrous hire - since we contracted with them almost 2 years ago. We are mandated by our Twin Rivers Board/Developer to use Shultz Landscaping and they are horrible. They use big lawnmowers in small spaces tearing the grass up. I’ve had a termite and drain cover shredded, they don’t notify us when they are going to irrigate, they tore up new grass that I had just planted, they just went through the neighborhood leaving a chemical burn on everyone’s yard. Run as fast as you can in another direction away from this company because they will absolutely ruin your yard-we purchased a home, where the HOA fees are for lawn maintenance-consistent deterioration since we purchased our home in September 2021. The first time they cut her yard they ran over the termite bait traps in the yard and cracked half of them. They have a contract with our HOA. They cut our grass too low, burn up our grass, and leave our lawns a mess. They throw waste from pruning in our yards too. My lawn looks awful and my kids can't play it it because it's dead and dead grass makes for a muddy yard when it rains. The last time they were here, they left globs of mud on my driveway.
