For our small residential lawn we used Schultz to put down sod and install an irrigation system at a cost of over $22,000. They have overpromised, under delivered, not shown up for ANY scheduled appointments, not communicated, blown the sprinkler system, and, in every possible way, been a disastrous hire - since we contracted with them almost 2 years ago. Run as fast as you can in another direction away from this company because they will absolutely ruin your yard-we purchased a home, where the HOA fees are for lawn maintenance-consistent deterioration since we purchased our home in September 2021. The first time they cut her yard they ran over the termite bait traps in the yard and cracked half of them. We are mandated by our Twin Rivers Board/Developer to use Shultz Landscaping and they are horrible. They use big lawnmowers in small spaces tearing the grass up. I’ve had a termite and drain cover shredded, they don’t notify us when they are going to irrigate, they tore up new grass that I had just planted, they just went through the neighborhood leaving a chemical burn on everyone’s yard. Just wanted to thank the Schultz crew for an amazing job on our back patio. It was a big project but the crew worked quickly and efficiently. Jay and Sherri kept us up to date on everything going on and went out of their way to make sure the yard and everywhere work was done or materials were staged was left better then they arrived.

Schultz Lawnscapes made our driveway refresh a breeze. A fast turnaround on the inspection gave us a great quote, we were on their schedule the next week and they had the work done before we even got home that evening, which is important as we share a driveway with a neighbor as well. Great work all around and my wife already has ideas on the NEXT update.
