"GOOD SERVICE" i CAME IN WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT AND i WAS TREATED WITH COURTEOUS SERVICE PEOPLE. MY CAR WAS READY WITHIN THE TIME PROMISED. WORK WAS COMPLETED PROPERLY.
"First service" I had to get a oil change. Nick Jensen was my service person. He was great. Service was fast. Got a complimentary car wash and was out of there in under a hour. Was very happy. Shout out to Carlos Hernandez. He is the best.
"Service Review" Dave Stadelman is an excellent customer service representative. I can always rely on taking good care of my vehicle. He makes sure the repairs that are need are clearly explained and done timely.
"Exceptional" My salesman Taylor was very professional and extremely helpful which made for a very pleasant experience I definitely will recommend him to friends looking to purchase a vehicle.
"Service experience" I was greeted promptly and directed to the service rep. The service rep assigned to me was very professional and made me feel important (not just a number). Explained to me the process and asked if I had any questions. Actually walked me into the waiting area after he was done obtaining information from me. Additionally the shuttle driver Sam was very friendly and considerate of everyone in the vans needs.
"Leasing Experience" My leasing experience at Schumacher was a great one. I would definitely lease from them again. My sales associate was great. He really took the time and went over everything with me.
"tv ad" we move from new jersey to wellington florida i was lookng for car i was very impress with harvey lipman for his service and his honesty
"In and out quickly!" My appt was for 10:30 had to wait but was told they would take me home if I wanted and pick me up when car was ready! They had it ready in less than an hr. Oil change tire rotation and wash and vacuum . Took the coupons and found a $50.00 credit was a great deal! Jose was the best!
"Fast and friendly service" On time from the minute I drove up! I would recommend this dealership from sales and service! We will always come back to Schumacher for future purchases.
