Service Representative I was especially impressed with Bob Jenkins. He handled my requests and needs in a most friendly, professional and, in spite of an apparent backlog of work orders, expeditious manner. Schumacher Buick is indeed fortunate to have him on its service staff.

Better service than at the Mercedes Dealer This week I had both my Mercedes S550 and GMC Yukon in for service. The Mercedes dealer as in the past failed to honor their time commitment. The GMC dealer was exceptional.

The location on Okeechobee has the best service I always bring my car to this location after being let down several times by the one on Northlake who has and advisor named Patrick who is rude and unprofessional. Nester on Okeechobee really knows how to treat customers and communicate on timely manner.
