Troy was a wonderful salesman super helpful and not pushy at all which is so important to me making such a big decision. We were laughing and having a great time all throughout the process. Completely stress free. Sammy Hernandez was also a pleasure to work with! He answered any questions I had helped me to feel comfortable in the process and was warm and friendly. Schumacher Chevrolet was phenomenal to work with. Our sales representative, Yaris Martinez was extremely professional and helpful. There were no games, no back and forth and just a straight forward transaction. We easily agreed on a price and the paperwork was immediately put together and within 30 minutes we were signing and on our way. Just bought a Chevrolet Tahoe RST from Schumacher, and could not be happier. The salesman Brett Bennett answered all of my questions and was prompt from beginning to end. The whole process was painless and only took about 3 hours from beginning to end to lock in a deal. This wasnt a back and forth ordeal like most dealerships. Purchased my Chevy traverse from here today and had a wonderful experience. Our salesman Dylan was so kind and answered all of our questions. I would give 0 stars if possible for incompetent service and terrible customer service. I negotiated a deal for my parents to lease a new Blazer EV and have had to return it to service 3 times in less than a month. Chevy has an issue with their electric vehicle battery’s and even issued a stop sale for the Blazer EV for a while to try and figure it out, which they obviously haven’t done with this vehicle.
