Service Advisor Robin Decker does a great job every time I deal with her. She's very knowledgeable and offers good advice. She does what she says she is going to do. I've had nothing but great experiences in dealing with her and the service department at schumacher.

Very upset when I entered after being stuck in the middle of traffic , Robin Decker was there to support me , got me a loner car and informed me of of how I would be taken care and how my car would be diagnosed. I received a video on line to show what was being done and was able to pick up my car the next day. Thank you Robin for your support at a rough time .
