As much as I love the service received, and I do! The labor costs are pretty high. As for my Service Advisor Brian Sturgess, he is excellent. He covered everything well and also attached the trunk cover for me complimentary. Thank you. BRIAN!

I would like to commend Jonathan Alvarado on his excellent customer service every time I take my Subaru Forester for maintenance. I mentioned to Jonathan I was driving to Tennessee and wanted to make sure my Forester was in good shape, he made some service recommendations that I followed and had done, Jonathan went above and beyond to make sure everything in my car was checked and that my car was going to be as safe and as dependable as it could be. Very upset when I entered after being stuck in the middle of traffic , Robin Decker was there to support me , got me a loner car and informed me of of how I would be taken care and how my car would be diagnosed. I received a video on line to show what was being done and was able to pick up my car the next day. Thank you Robin for your support at a rough time .
