While being towed to a dealership you don’t know is not fun I can say that LaRaina put a smile on my face and made what should have been an ordeal into a pleasant experience. We arrived just after the service department had closed so we expected to leave the keys in the lockbox and call the shop in the morning. Called to set an appointment for a specific type of tires to be installed on my vehicle. After employee searched on his computer for about 5 minutes seemingly lost he tells me they do have them. I asked if they were in stock and when I could set the appointment for. He confirmed they were in stock and we set a next day a service. When I showed up, unfortunately the tires they were prepared to install werent correct - not even the right brand. On October 16th I took my Ascent to WPB Service Dept. regarding my passenger rear door. Jonathan Alvarado was my service advisor, as upset as I was about a missing part he resolved the problem. Returning back to replace my door trim another problem arose with my hatch locking with ringing noises, since the car is still under warranty Jonathon addressed the problems we had it fixed. Service Advisor Robin Decker does a great job every time I deal with her. She's very knowledgeable and offers good advice. She does what she says she is going to do. I've had nothing but great experiences in dealing with her and the service department at schumacher.

It was a pleasure to work with LaRaina Lawrence. She was attentive and thorough with explaining my services and what I needed to address immediately. Most of all her energy and attentiveness was amazing. It was a positive experiences she’s an asset to the team.
