Brought my car in for a window issue. Waited 3 days for them to tell me they need to order a part. Waited over a week for the part to come in. Told it would take another 4 days to get another appointment to get it fixed. Every interaction was a result of ME reaching out and often multiple calls were required just to get answers. Long story short 2 weeks driving around with blue wrap instead of a window during Florida’s rainy season.
I had a great experience at Schumacher Northlake! The customer service from Camilo Pineiro and Joel Capaz was outstanding. I’m very grateful for their support, they did an excellent job helping me find the best option for me and my daughter. I will definitely be coming back. 100% recommended!
I had the best experience with the service department and especially my service advisor, Jackie Cannon. I scheduled an appointment yesterday morning to drop it off today and it was ready for pickup by the time I was leaving work - so convenient! Jackie provided fantastic communication and it was clear that she adamantly prioritizes doing right by her customers whether it be scheduling a Lyft to get me to work (& back to the dealership once my car was ready!) or explaining aspects of the work on my car that I didn’t fully un... read more
Service team is disorganized. Not very clear what you are supposed to do or where to go when you drive up and get out of your car. Took multiple calls to find out status of my car after 5 days. Never received a call back. Received a text to pick up my car. Took 45 minutes for them to find my service person and my car keys when I arrived to pick it up. Only positive is Shane (who was not assigned to my car) was very helpful and friendly. The stars go to him.
My experience is strictly based on the service department. I recently purchased a preowned car from the dealer that was certified and I experienced a vibration during highway speeds. So I'm told to bring the car back and a technician will look at it for me. After speaking to Thomas, the service advisor, I told him I think the tires might need to be rebalanced. So l left the car with him and never saw the car get put on a lift. They definitely didn't remove the wheels and check the balance like I insisted. So he comes to me ... read more
