Wife dropped the car off at scheduled appointment (Monday) for a tire change under warranty. Got a call after getting home that the team is delayed (still working on service tickets from a week prior) and the car won't be ready for up to 2 days. Why wasn't this mentioned when dropping off the car?? She had to call out of work the next day since she couldn't drive. Was not given a loaner. Was not given a voucher to go to and from work. Called the dealership to make an appointment and the earliest one they had was with Shane Borzillo. Shane was really efficient and helpful, he answered all my questions and took care of all the concerns I had. He had my car serviced pretty quickly too and arranged rides for me to get dropped off and picked up. I’m always going to be booking my appointments with Shane moving forward! :)
One of the most pleasant experiences I have had in a really long time at Volkswagen Shane was extremely nice and accommodating. He explained everything perfectly, even provided me with an uber back to my house. I would rate the experience 10/10 thank you so much Shane! Fantastic job!
After my car battery kept dying I got the battery tested at a reputable company and they said the battery was fine. So we brought our car here to get worked on. BIG MISTAKE. We had an early Monday morning appointment and were initially told the car would be done the same day. Made an appointment for my 30,000 mile service on 8/20 . (My last under warranty with only 13,500 miles on my 2022 Taos☹️). I had a 9 AM appointment with Thomas and I showed up at 9:10am. I was told by Shane that Thomas had not come in to work, but he pleasantly offered to assist me. Shane was pleasant and very helpful. He Advised me the service may take a few hours.
