"Great customer service" Joel and his manager were very professional. Made the buying process easy for me. Had gone to another Volvo dealer just before I went to them and had to walk out. The other dealership was not straight forward and seemed to treat me like I was stupid. So when my son suggested we tried this dealership I agreed. I was very impressed at the treatment of their customers.
"Extremely Professional" When I arrived at Volvo, Joel had shown me up to 5 different vehicles which he had retrieve from the garage on property. When none of those vehicles did it for me, Joel insisted he would find the vehicle I was looking for. In less than 24 hours, Joel had found the perfect vehicle for me and had it transferred to my location. The next day, I drove it off the lot. Thank you Joel!
"My new Volvo" It was a pleasure buying a Volvo from this team. Joel did a good job of explaining the features and benefits of the cars I looked at. His boss, Lou, the store manager was engaged and professional. Highly recommend you stop in before buying a Volvo anywhere else.

Joel Capaz was very sincere and I did not feel pressured to buy a car even though I left to consider his different offers after taking a lot of time with me and demonstrating and explaining all the different choices and including the test driving of them.
