I have to separate the service provided by the doctors and the billing service. I have been going here for years and the doctor's service has been outstanding. The folks in the office are friendly and responsive. No issues with the actual office. The billing service sucks! Especially the automated chat service. Don’t go here! It’s not about the care. They over bill, continue to bill even after payment has been made in full. The front desk people have issues EVERYTIME with billing. Different people each month. I did speak w a William who attempted to rectify. Never followed up, But now 8 months since visit and I’m still getting, $50., $25., $23.00 bills. No one knows what they’re doing. Raquel is away on maternity. So now the whole place has fallen apart. Find another place.
This practice is failing at provider accessibility and responsiveness, as well as general compassionate patient care. I don’t know how Dr. Margetas is still on staff here. She is miserable and rude, as noted in other reviews dating back for years. Sadly, she is not the only problem. Do yourself a favor and find another practice.
This review will likely fall to the wayside with the rest of them but, for the 1 or 2 people that see it, I have this to say about my experience... I sincerely hope Dr. Sevasti Margetas has a better rest of her day and that I don't take her behavior personal. She seemed upset about something unrelated to my appointment which could explain the incredibly unfriendly and unprofessional attitude she had from the second she walked into the exam room, this was after I waited almost 30 minutes past my appointment time to be seen...... read more
The doctor came in and spent about 30 seconds looking me over after it's been 5 years since my last visit. Froze a few things before asking if it's ok or telling me what for. I really expect a diagnosis at least. It's a really unacceptable way to treat a patient. As a health care professional myself, I expect more.
