The incompetence of the front desk here is extremely infuriating. I specifically asked if my insurance was taken here before making an appointment and was ASSURED it was. The day of my appointment after driving an hour from Queens and taking off of work to get to this appointment early with all my documents I was told my insurance is not taken/out of network. PA Rachel Gurrieri was awesome. Very patient, knowledgeable, and has a great bedside manner. She helped me feel comfortable, not embarrassed, and was quick to learn and figure out the issues I was having. Highly recommend her!
I had long been overdue my stop in for a skin exam, so I was a little wary of getting back to the doctor. But Rachel and the schweiger Dermatology Group really helped ease my nerves. First time visiting this establishment with my son. The entire process of getting an appointment and the day of appointment was easy. Administrative staff was helpful in letting me know what was needed before appointment. On the day of the appointment, the young lady at the front desk was professional, kind and polite. Doctor Gurrieri service was excellent, she was respectful and she listened and answered our questions.
