I've been going to her for years. She's an amazing, confident, caring. Doctor may be a little bit difficult now with the scheduling, but worth it.
I don't normally review doctors offices, but I am so impressed by this office. PA Jennifer Lore-Ayala is soo caring and understanding. (I'm such a baby when it comes to anything medical). The receptionists are so nice also, definitely recommend this practice!
I noticed something on my arm in March. I went to another dermatologist who removed the growth and was told by the doctor "if you don't here from me, everything is ok". After 2 weeks I called the office on an unrelated matter and then I asked about my biopsy. By the time I received the return call, the office was closed but the caller secretary told me "you have malignant invasive skin cancer". I still haven't heard from the doctor. This was on a Friday. I went to one PA for botox and it never lasted beyond a month. When I tried to reschedule with another PA they said I could not change PAs. Very strange place.
Im a new patient..All was going well UNTIL they Assumed i used walgreens for my prescriptions..Keep in mind I wrote down cvs in whitestone I walked outside ready to leave my appointment and Walgreens texts me! Stupid people! I walked right back inside and told the girl at the desk my pharmacy is CVS in whitestone..I have tried contacting this dermatologist for the last 2 days..I have called walgreens which there walgreens is out of business and my prescriptions wound up in Duane Reed! What an obnoxious way to treat patients! My appointment was 12:20, the waiting room is FULL, & no one has gone in to be taken care of! Not only that, not even 2 hours ago someone from this office reconfirmed, in a phone call, the fact that the appointment was scheduled for 12:20 & when I checked in at 12:20 I was told that my appointment was scheduled for 12:00. I am having a terrible sun allergy and needed attention right away. I was able to see a PA in 2 day after calling. The appointment was late by 30 minutes, not a huge deal. The visit was ok. I needed a steriod cream that I used before. Went to the pharmacy to pick up medicine. My insurance would only allow a tiny tube of medicine!
