I am beyond frustrated with my experience at ClearlyDerma in Boca Raton. Prior to my appointment, I verified multiple times that they accepted my insurance. I checked in, saw the doctor, and everything seemed fine. But upon checking out, I was suddenly told they don’t accept my insurance and that I had to pay $245 out of pocket. Dr. Weatherall is an amazing doctor but every since Schweiger took over, the place has become awful. When I used to call to make appointments I was able to speak with someone in the medical office. I have received voicemails on multiple occasions to reschedule my appointments and they leave me a callback number that takes me to a call center. I have been a client for over 4 years and for the most part was very happy coming here. Recently there were changes made to the business and it’s gone down hill. Two visits ago I got skipped over for my appointment and sat for some time before they realized the mistake. As a perfect example of my earlier review below - last week I received a call from Courtney in response to my review. She left a phone number which I called back. After holding several minutes, I was routed to the next agent in que - She had no idea who Courtney was and tried to connect me, said she wasn't available and would leave a message, waited several more minutes on hold, then told Courtney would call me back.
