Dr. Conrad and her staff were excellent explaining the process and how well aligned my expectations were to what the achieved results would be. All questions were answered in detail. Specific areas of concern were addressed reassuring me the process would be smooth and take about an hour. The level of discomfort was reasonable and expected. Be aware of high fees. Charged a lot when I was there, supposedly they pre checked how much my insurance covered. Then got two additional bills. 3 total charges. There was a lack of transparency of cost for basically a maintenance review of freckles and moles. Nurse was very nice.
I just had the WORST experience with this practice! My SKIN CANCER was left untreated because of your incompetence! Because of a biopsy result , another surgical procedure had to be scheduled 2 weeks ago. They had the audacity to call me the night before my procedure to ask for a referral from my PCP. Got the referral, show up for my appointment , had me waiting 40 minutes to tell me that my PCP referral is not accepted. That they need a referral from the actual Insurance Company…..what?????? The appointment has been on time. The front desk and the checkout desk people have been very knowledgeable and polite. Doctor Nicole Conrad and her assistant were very thorough in examination. The place is very clean.
Rachel W. is a skilled surgical and medical assistant, and I am extremely impressed with her dedication to patient care. The compassionate support she provided to my 97-year-old mother during her melanoma Mohs surgery, as well as during the subsequent aftercare visits, made a significant impact during a challenging time.
