Did not have a great experience here... Now that they are owned by Schweiger Dermatology Group, it's even worse. You cannot get a real person on the phone, just an AI recording and then when you request to speak to a receptionist, they send you to a voicemail and no one ever calls you back. My daughter had a bad allergic reaction to a medication and I could not get through to anyone at this office. Fast forward 6 months and we cannot get through to make a new appointment. We are done. I never do reviews but I feel I need to. Long story cut short do not go here. I was blown off by the female Dr P with a very quick once over to be told I was fine. Still not sitting well with me I went to a different dermatologist that was shocked she missed this. Biopsy done pre cancerous spot! (A few years back Dr Ps intern found a spot and said I should have it taken off I did against Dr saying it was fine, it was pre cancerous). Why did I go back ?? The “doctor” Susan Psaila that we saw is not well suited for children/teenagers due to her bedside manners which she has none. My daughter’s phone was on silence and it was going off so my daughter put her hand on it to press the button to stop it from vibrating. First of all, the doctor said “do not answer it you’re at the doctors” then the doctor physically took the phone out of my daughter’s hand and put it on the counter. Very efficient cheerful staff. Dr. Holm is excellent. It is very reassuring to receive GREAT care.
If you like to wait 90 minutes for a 3 minute appointment where the doctor won't answer your questions, berate you for not coming more often when she is the one that reschedules you constantly, and will just say the same preprogrammed 3 minute speech over and over then "Dr." Psaila is for you.
