I was disappointed. Two office visits, the provider did not write the prescription correctly so the pharmacy would not fill it. Two exams and then told I needed to go back and/or bring records from my previous dermatologists to resubmit a corrected prescription. I am not convinced the support staff know or understand the action plan. The billing department had to submit my claim twice before they got it right. I go to a different dermatologist now.
