I had to make this account just to leave this review as I have never in my life been so upset/wronged by a business as I was by this sham of a "doctor". I booked an apt to see Eric Goldstein, back in April as I am in constant neck pain due to arthritis. The first available apt was 1+ month away, and they then cancelled on me with 1 days notice. Main Line Health KOP is in a brand new beautiful building, but there are many things lacking. I'm reviewing their "Imaging and Laboratory" unit. The receptionist I had today was terrible. I spoke clearly and she didn't seem to be able to understand anything. My husband sat at a distance and could hear everything clearly. When I said my date of birth, the receptionist thought I was saying 1951...there's no way I look even close to that. I had a consult with with Dr. Murray. I told him that I am in extreme pain and that I need surgery. He agreed and I was told that my insurance would be notified the same day. A week later I contacted them and I was told he wasn't even credentialed with the insurance company yet and that this was going to take time. I spoke with the manager of the office.
