They fired me as a patient. So far as I can tell, my offense was complaining to my doctor (Zurada - provided competent if rushed care) about being made to wait a preposterously long time for all my appointments. Running very late once in a while is a thing that happens from time to time. There are emergencies. I get that. Running very late every single time is a sign of a poorly run practice. HORRIBLE MASSIVE CORPORATION RUNS THIS PLACE. You cannot interact with the office & the people in scheduling & billing are CLUELESS & barely speak English. Too bad, because my doctor was actually good.
I made a zocdoc appt. and was turned away in spite of my tel. confirmation. I was told "you cancelled this." I most certainly did not. Rude and unwelcoming staff. I have never been turned away from a physician's scheduled appt. before. This was highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Shame on them. Purchase, NY.
I received emails date January 16 and January 20, each confirming my appointment today at 10 a.m. At 9:24 this morning, I received an email that my 10 a.m. appointment had been cancelled. I did not receive this email (nor the voice mail at 8:52 a.m.) before my departure for my 10 a.m. appointment. I consider this highly unprofessional.
