Dr Fink is incredible, she is always on time and very friendly and knowledgable. My biggest issue with this office is that you can't contact anyone over the phone. It seems like every time I call I get a virtual assistant or something. The other issue I have is with one of the girls at the desk. The last few times I've had to go, the Dr asks me to make a follow up in 2-3 weeks and the girl at the desk always offers me a date in 6-8 weeks from then. Dr. Fink is excellent and has a great way about her. I have recommended her to friends and family who now see her as well. Highly recommend.
Jacqueline a PA was excellent. She listened and was attentive. I have since gotten relief. My only complaint is trying to get an appt when you can't wait weeks to a month.
