Love the atmosphere and bar staff at Scioto. However since the pandemics end the place has not really bounced back to former self. Biggest thing missing is the live music. Place used to be hopping until last call Friday and Sat. Now once racing and promotions end it's like Cinderella running for the door at midnight.. Find it hard to believe this drop off in traffic helps the place. Went to another bar to see s band that used to play at Scioto and saw 20 people that would normally have been at Scioto.
