I was able to get in to see a doctor within a few days of being referred for my injury. The doctor and his Physician's Assistant took the time to explain my injury and the complex mechanisms of the hand, so I can protect my hand and avoid re-injury. I am healing nicely and it looks like I've avoided surgery, all thanks to them!

Treatment helped considerably. Everyone was nice, professional, helpful.
I think the doctors are probably competent, but they seem rushed, as if they are given 15 minutes per patient and that's it.I dont think they even knew my name. So it feels cold, impersonal, and purely transactional. If my condition requires surgery in the future, I wouldn't have a doctor from SCOI do it- I need a doctor who at least pretends that they care...
