Beware, this company, they are a scam and lack all accountability. They will quote you one price and then charge you three times as much without your permission, but insist it's just what they do. They claim to sanitize and deodorize, but they do not, but they will still charge you for it. They do not care about the customer. They just want money, and they will get it however, they can, including without your permission. Beware any of their quotes, they will not honor them!! Go somewhere else. read less

Ongoing customers receive discounted pricing, while one-time cleanings are charged at the one-time rate you were quoted. Continued service ensures that the area being serviced is maintained on a normal basis, versus a one time service where there is likely waste build up and accumulation for a long period of time.
