I really did not know where to start in getting my item framed but the team at Scott & Sons walked me through suggestions based on their experience but also listened to my thoughts. As a result the item is gorgeous!! There were a several customers in the shop and each one was getting personal and undivided attention. The item was ready ahead of promised time and when I picked it up they took time to make sure I shipped it correctly and knew how to take care proper care of the glass! My first experience was GREAT! Their personal attention and years of experience are evident! I will definitely be back!!

I’ve gotten a total of three art pieces framed with Scotts and sons and each time their customer service and quality of work is exceptional! Ask for Kim! She’s the best at helping you select the perfect frame!

I must say that my experience was absolutely amazing. From the time I walked into your establishment I was greeted with such professionalism. Kim was so understanding since I was trying to get my thoughts together on my project. She patiently spent a great deal of time explaining the variations of colors to blend with right frame. The final product left me feeling very good. Customer service was on point. Thank you Kim for your insights, you are a keeper. I will definitely be coming back and also sharing my experience with others

Don, Steve and Eric go above and beyond in their service. I can easily say I have never dealt with better people. Recently I took in a piece of fragile stained glass. They were imaginative and resourceful in cleaning and framing what now is a beautiful piece of art. They are so much more than framing services. I highly recommend them.
