If I could give zero stars, I would. The dealership is very difficult to work with especially when you are trying to get work completed as recommended if you were in an accident. They take forever to complete the work which puts financial strain on the customer when having to maintain a rental while your car is being worked on. They are belittling when communicating with the customer and do not speak with good quality customer care or services. Joe Sierra did a great job taking care of the sale! I was also able to go to spring mountain and drive the cadillacs on a racetrack. Cadillac paid for the condo stay for 2 nights, food, tracktime and provided the car

I stopped in on a whim to their Mazda dealership as I needed a new car quickly, and was pleasantly surprised with my test drive experience. I had a bunch of dealerships (including Lehigh Valley Hyundai) try desperately to get me in the car that day after the test drives, but with Scott Mazda they had me sign a form and I got to test drive the CX-30 on my own, letting me experience the car for myself.
